***Graduation & 8th Grade Trip PAYMENT INFO***

The total cost of Graduation and the 8th Grade Trip is $275.00 per student.

 

This fee includes:

  • Trip $100
  • Graduation $175.00

-Graduation Gown

-Diploma

-Medals & Pins

-Cords

-Yearbook

-Programs

-8th Grade Dance

 

***As you are aware, this cost is high, but we will break it down into four installments to make the payment somewhat easier.

THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

Feb. 15 – $68.00

March 8th – $69.00

March 25th - $69.00

April 22nd - $69.00

 

Please note that tuition MUST be paid up to date for all children in your family before March 8th in order for your 8th grader to participate in these activities.  If not, the payment for graduation will be earmarked for tuition.

 

Fundraisers, if necessary, will be organized to offset the difference in price.

 

A reminder to all parents – The 8th graders must continue to do all of their academic work to the best of their ability to the very last minute. High Schools that have already given placement to your child reserve the right to decline their acceptance if grades are not maintained.

 

Also, all students must continue to maintain a standard of good behavior throughout the remaining months.  There should be no question as to their behavior or lack of respect or cooperation between February and June.
