FOR THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR GRADES Nursery-8th Grade

REQUIREMENTS for all students new to St. Gregory’s:

Registration fee $225.00 (NON REFUNDABLE)
Registration fee $125.00 for families with children currently enrolled in St. Gregory’s.
Non-refundable Supply Fee –Nursery-3rd Grade – $125.00; Grades 4th-8th – $100.00.
Copy of Birth Certificate.
Copy of Baptismal Certificate (even if Baptized at St. Gregory’s Church). Copy of Immunization Record (an up-to-date copy).
Copy of last 3 years report cards (where applicable).
Copy of last standardized test results (where applicable).

Nursery-Pre-K Requirements:

All children must be potty trained (No pull-ups permitted). Nursery children must be 3 years old prior to December 31, 2012. Pre-K children must be 4 years old prior to December 31, 2012.

For Grades 1-8 you must also bring:

Copies of their last three report cards. Copies of last standardized test results.

(A copy of each of the above must be left at the school with your application. Copies cannot be made at school).
